Shipping Policy

Items are processed and ship out via USPS in 1-2 BUSINESS days (Monday-Friday) after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered.  San Diego or Southern California residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, changes in government regulations, and/or bad weather. Express shipping is the only guarantee service we provided. Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes. Please keep in mind that USPS is a government agency and does not deliver or operate on national holidays.

Tracking Information
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.

Express Shipping
We use USPS Priority Express Shipping. If your order is placed before 12:30 pm Pacific Time, and customer selects Express Shipping at check out, order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm Pacific Time will ship out next business day and received the day after that. Some areas do not offer next day shipping; if this is the case, customer will be notified.
Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.

Lost/Stolen Packages
Our Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

International Shipping
We offer USPS International Shipping and DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS. All international orders take 24-48 hours to ship. USPS takes about 10-15 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated). DHL WORLD WIDE EXPRESS is our fastest shipping speed for international shipments and take 1-3 business days depending on the area. DELAYS CAN HAPPEN AND DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS shipping times are just ESTIMATES. Shipping times for DHL CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. DHL and USPS is not available to all countries at this time. Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.

Please note: Sunshine London LLC is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Sunshine London LLC and cannot be refunded or resent.

RETURNS

Return Policy

To initiate a return, please first email us at sunshinelondon@usa.com with your name, address, phone number, and product you wish to return and reason for the return. However, you DO NEED to wait for instructions from us to send it back and every shipment will include an invoice. Just send a copy of that invoice back with purchased item to:

All items must be sent back to  SUNSHINE LONDON LLC. within 15 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will be accepted for store credit or refund.  Depending on the item. Refund or exchanges will be given, except for defective items (see below). Returned items must be free of any stains in original packaging toSunshine London LLC.

Defective items
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit.

Incorrect Orders
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Merchandise purchased online can be returned to our warehouse location address above.

Any unaccepted store credits that have not had the reshipping fees paid within 10 days will be discarded and no credit will be issued. Items can be exchanged in person in the store ONLY (CUSTOMERS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN OUR WAREHOUSE FACILITY AND PACKAGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN PERSON ALSO.

At SUNSHINE LONDON LLC. we are constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.

Processing
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 5-10 business days to process your store credit. 15-25 during holiday seasons. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING. We will only issue credit for packages if customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned package but have no proof the item was sent back, therefore, for the customers security and ours, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.

**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs. We are not responsible for USPS not being able to deliver a package due to an address issue, or them not having a secure place to deliver the package.
